Many Purdon Racing memories will be rekindled when JUST US TWO makes his debut at Addington Friday night -but with a new twist to the stable patrons involved.

Just Us Two is a brother to Princess Tiffany a heroine of All Stars on many a racenight on both sides of the Tasman and is officially bred by Phil Creighton and Stu Gillan who bred Dancing Diamonds and her dam Asabella. Dancing Diamonds also raced out of All Stars.Just Us Two however was foaled in Australia  to where dam  Dancing Diamonds who was bred from for several seasons by Princess Tiffany’s owners Braeden  and Caroline Whitelock, was sold.Dancing Diamonds herself was an outstanding age group performer  winning  two PGG Sales Renewals.  Her dam Asabella left several Australian pacing stars.

However this youngster was bought by Ian Dobson’s  son and daughter, Stuart and Lynne, who also share ian interest in  Don’t Stop Dreaming and  Akuta through the Dobson estate. Just Us Two went for $A100,000 as a yearling in Melbourne last summer.

In spite of coming from a family bursting with big winners,Nathan is not making any top predictions for the youngster’s racenight debut.

“At this early stage he is a nice horse doing well and there are no real standouts among the ones I have seen so he should measure up. I would expect him to improve as he goes on.He is sensible and has got better with each trial” Nathan said.

Princess Tiffany’s first foal,Queen Lizzie, brought a sensational $270,000 at last year’s sale for a client of the Mark Jones stable and she has had two more fillies since.
